3. Payments & Refund Policy
- Payments must be completed before project initiation unless agreed otherwise.
- Project timelines start after receiving full content and payment.
- No full refunds once work has begun; partial refunds depend on work completed.
- Charges for digital marketing (ads, tools, software) are non-refundable.
4. Project Delivery & Revisions
- Turnaround time depends on project scope.
- Includes revisions as mentioned in your selected package.
- Additional revisions or new features will be charged separately.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
- Final approved work becomes your property after full payment.
- We may use delivered designs or websites in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.
- All source files are chargeable unless included in the package.
6. Confidentiality
We respect client confidentiality and will not share project details with third parties, except as necessary for service delivery.
7. Limitation of Liability
Kubest Creations is not liable for:
- Loss of revenue due to website downtime
- Issues caused by third-party plugins, hosting, payments
- Marketing performance (no guaranteed leads or sales)
8. Third-Party Tools & Services
We use external services such as:

- Hosting providers
- Social media & advertising platforms
We are not responsible for their policies or downtime.
9. Termination
We may terminate services if:
- Payment is not made
- Terms are violated
- Abusive or unethical behavior occurs
Clients may terminate service anytime; charges apply for work done up to that point.
