• Advance or booking fees are non‑refundable.

• If a refund is approved in rare cases, it will be processed within 7–10 working days.

Cancellation Policy

• Clients may request cancellation before the project start date.

• Once the project is initiated, cancellation is not allowed.

• Ongoing monthly services (like digital marketing) can be cancelled with a 7‑day prior notice, but already completed work will be billable.
