2. Scope of Work

The ₹11 offer includes:

• Single-page website (no multi-page)
• One design layout
• One round of minor revisions
• Content to be provided by the client

Any extra features (additional pages, content writing, custom design, advanced SEO, email, domain purchase, etc.) are not included and will be charged separately.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

• All payments made under this offer are final and non-refundable
• No refunds will be provided once the payment is completed
• Payment confirms acceptance of these Terms

4. Delivery Timeline

• Website delivery timeline is 3–5 working days
• Timeline starts after receiving:
  

  • Payment confirmation
  • All required content & details from the client

• Delays caused by missing inputs are not our responsibility

5. Hosting & Renewal

• Hosting is provided free for 1 year
• After 1 year, hosting can be renewed at standard market rates
• Client may choose to migrate to another hosting provider after 1 year

6. Ownership & Access

• Website ownership is transferred to the client after project completion
• Admin access will be provided after final approval
• Client must not resell or redistribute the design template

7. Support

• Free support is provided for 30 days after delivery
• Support includes bug fixes only
• New changes or enhancements are not included

8. Cancellation & Misuse

We reserve the right to:

• Cancel the offer without notice in case of misuse
• Reject projects related to illegal, misleading, adult, or restricted content

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

9. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be responsible for:

• Business losses
• Lead generation results
• Downtime due to third-party hosting tools
• Delays caused by external services

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
